At Little Guy Patents, we do all the work for you when it comes to writing and submitting your Preliminary Patents. All we need from you is a basic understanding, and cocktail napkin drawings of your idea. We will write the rough draft, pass it to you for approval, make the agreed upon changes, and submit for approval.
FINAL APPROVAL
Taking a Patent from Preliminary to Final Approval is a daunting task. We can shoulder that burden for you. We can take your Preliminary Patent, prepare it for Final Approval, and walk it through the Submission, Editing, and Approval process.
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
We realize not everyone is an Engineer, or knows there way around technical drawings. With a rough sketch of your idea, often we can create technical drawings for you that will more than surpass the needs of a preliminary patent.
Renewal Notifications
Having a Patent Identification Number does not mean the work is done. Your Patent has to be renewed on a periodic basis. We can track and renew your Patent for you.
SUBMISSION TRACKING
From Start To Finish, we track your Patent Submission, until you have a Patent Number to put on your product for consultation, financial backing, or demonstrations for customers. Our average turn around time is 2-3 days to have a Patent Pending.
